OBJECTIVE

To offer an opportunity for exchange and discussion regarding the breakthroughs, learnt lessons, and challenges in the LAC region, in order to enhance the knowledge on the matter needed to guide and carry out the deinstitutionalisation processes launched within the framework of the reform of the child protection systems, particularly of those that intend to protect the rights of children deprived of parental care.
